Rental is 4 days (default) or 8 days. Please choose the dates you require the dress . We recommend choosing a date at least a couple of days before your event. If you require the dress for a period longer than 8 days, let us know and we can provide a quote on a extended hire period.

Absolutely, however you must make a booking first to visit our showroom pls send us an email on hello@talulahscloset.com

Returning your dress is quick and easy. Simply send us an SMS for your preferred time of booking. (Must be a day before the return date)

If the dress you ordered is not quite the right fit, you can exchange in our showroom with a dress that is available. If you cannot find a replacement we will provide you with a credit for your next rental.

We understand that accidents can happen, don't try to fix the dress yourself. Please contact us if you’ve accidentally stained or damaged the dress, we have a team of professional dry cleaners and experienced seamstresses who are more than likely able to fix the issue at hand. If the dress is not repairable, unfortunately, you will be charged the retail value of the dress. This amount will be charged to you once we have informed you that the dress is irreparable. In most cases, the dress will be repairable, and only the cost of repair will be passed onto you.

All dresses are dry-cleaned by our premium dry cleaner as soon as they are returned. The Talulah team also carry out inspections before a garment is sent out, to ensure you always receive it in great condition.

No, dry cleaning is on us! Don’t worry about cleaning the dress, this service is included in the hire fee.

We clean and steam all dresses before we send them. If you receive your dress with slight creases. Please steam it on low heat with a clothes steamer or hang it in your bathroom while you shower, the steam will help remove creases.

We rely on timely returns.  By returning a dress late you are potentially ruining another customer’s night - and no one wants that! Please contact Talulahs Closet via email hello@talulahscloset.com if you are unable to return the dress by the scheduled day of return. We will assist you in getting the dress back to us on time. However, if unsuccessful you will be charged for the full 4-day rental period again.

Full payment is taken at the time of booking.

Talulah's Closet accepts payments via Paypal using your Credit Card or Debit Card.

We understand that plans change pls email us at hello@talulahscloset.com.  We will be happy to cancel your order if it is at least 2 weeks prior to the date your rental period is due to begin. The refund process can take approximately 2-3 days dependent on the individual processing time on your credit card. If you would like to cancel your order less than 2 weeks from the start date we can send you a credit for your rental fee, which can be used on another rental within 6 months.

Unfortunately, we do not allow customers to keep garments they have borrowed. If you desperately wish to become the owner of the garment please let us know by emailing hello@talulahscloset.com
